Returns & Exchanges
• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Exclusions: Sale items, accessories, and intimate apparel (such as swimwear) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at ShopTrutique3706@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier.
Refunds & Processing
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (minus shipping fees).
• Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or color, we’ll ship the replacement once your return is approved.
• Store Credit: You may also opt for store credit, which will be issued immediately upon approval.
Return Shipping
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Final Notes
• ShopTrutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
• If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to the customer.
